Our easy to use assessments support organisations and people to evidence knowledge, prioritise learning needs and strengthen good practice whilst making the most effective use of available budgets. Our customers use the assessments to identify which people need to undertake further learning and development to meet the standards. This enables organisations to save significant amounts of time, money and resources.
Assessments are based on Skills for Care and Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC) Standards and Qualification Credit Framework (QCF) Units. Click here for Skills for Care and CWDC documentation.
Our assessments are designed to support existing workforce development initiatives. We do not replace or duplicate any processes already in place. Our customers use the assessments to complement and support existing development programs, for example: supervision, e-learning, shadowing, training and mentoring. The assessments measure the effectiveness and value for money of workforce development initiatives.
