Very user friendly and easy to access at anytime from any PC. Have found it an immensely useful tool for annual appraisal, for appraising current knowledge and identifying gaps. Online assessments are a way forward for our current staff, as cost is making some training very restrictive. These are good quality professional assessment processes.

I think the package is very good, very interesting and motivating and most importantly - easy to use. Can see this being extremely useful during supervision and appraisal.
